Getting Hired at LSS

Fill out a job application. Directly after applying, you are prompted to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter.
Recruiter Interview
An LSS recruiter calls you at the scheduled time. If you meet the necessary qualifications, an interview with the hiring manager will be scheduled.
Manager Interview
Your onsite interview with the hiring manager takes place at the scheduled time. 
Job Offer
After reviewing all candidates, the hiring manager makes their decision. If you are selected, an LSS recruiter call you with an offer.
Instructions on the pre-employment process are provided to you from an LSS Human Resources representative.
Your First Day - New Employee Orientation
On your first day of employment, you attend a New Employee Orientation and meet the members of your team. Your amazing career at LSS has begun!
